Delivery, returns & warranty
Everything below is what we commit to in writing on every quote. If a quote says something different, the quote wins.
Delivery
We deliver nationwide by tracked courier. Orders leave us within 1–2 working days and arrive in 2–4 working days for main centres; outlying areas can add 1–2 days.
Delivery is free on orders over R750. Below that it starts at R95 and is quoted exactly before you pay.
Returns
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days for a refund, less the return courier fee. Tell us before you send anything back so we can log it.
If an item arrives damaged, photograph the box and the item and send it through the same day — we carry that cost, not you.
Warranty
Every appliance carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the delivery date. Inside that period we repair or replace the unit and you deal with us directly rather than chasing a manufacturer.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water ingress on non-submersible parts, or wear items such as sealing rings and filters.
