Terms

These terms cover buying from Makhour Solutions. They sit alongside the Consumer Protection Act, which gives you rights these terms cannot take away.

Prices and quotes

Prices shown include VAT and exclude delivery. A quote is valid for 7 days. We reserve the right to correct an obvious pricing error before an order is confirmed, and will tell you rather than quietly charging more.

Orders and payment

An enquiry is not an order. An order exists once we have sent you a written quote and you have paid it. Payment is by EFT. Stock is allocated on payment, not on enquiry.

Stock and substitution

We hold a small range and occasionally sell out between your enquiry and your payment. If that happens we tell you immediately and refund in full — we do not substitute a different model without asking you first.
