Short version: we collect what we need to quote you and deliver your order, and nothing else.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the product and quantity you asked about, and your delivery suburb. That is it — there is no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no analytics profile built on you.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange delivery. We do not sell it, rent it or add you to a mailing list. Your details are shared with a courier only when you have placed an order, and only the parts they need to deliver it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after 12 months. Order records are kept for 5 years because tax law requires it.

Your rights under POPIA

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send that request through the enquiry form and we will action it within 30 days. Our information officer is [NAME].
